Description: The Disabled List is a location where you may temporarily store players that are injured so their salary does not count against your salary cap total. Depending on the disabled list duration, you may also not be responsible for paying the player's salary while they are on the list, either.

The Disabled List Display: The disabled list view is a lot like viewing the vitals of your players, except the list includes only players who are injured and designated to be on the DL. There are also two additional fields that are included in each player listing when they are on the DL. The first is a purple (or pink) number enclosed in square brackets. This is how many days the player has left to spend on the disabled list. This is initially set to 60 if you place the player on the 60 game DL or 15 if you place him on the 15 game DL. The other symbol is a black "#" that will only appear next to players that have been designated to the 60 Game Disabled List. These players are noted seperately because they will not be paid from a team's money. The only other item that may be displayed after the player's name is a red number in parenthasis. That is the number of games that the player is injured for. Please remember that this is GAMES, not DAYS, as are the 15 and 60 game DL designations.
Reactivating Players: To reactivate a player from your disabled list. Check that player, then click on reactivate. If you have enough roster slots open, the player has been on the DL at least the amount of time he was designated to be there and you do not violate the salary cap by doing so, the player will be returned to your team. You may return multiple players at the same time by checking them all at once and clicking on Reactivate. Unlike going on the disabled list, players do not need to be healed to come off the DL. Teams may elect to bring players who are still injured off of the Disabled List. The only constraint is that the player has been there the length of time designated.
Qualifying for the Disabled List: In order to be added to the disabled list, a player must be injured (have a red number after his name), you must not violate the minimum roster or position requirements and you must have enough Disabled List spots open. The number of players that may be on the disabled list at one time is league specific, but, typically it is 10 for subscribed users and 5 for non-subscribers (half of the subscriber number). If you don't have enough slots open, the system will alert you.
