Headlines: The headlines section is the place where major news events that are league specific are published. Teams being sold, free agent signings, trades, manager signings and releases and trainer signings and releases are just a few of the stories that will fall under the headlines section.
League News: This subdivision of the headlines page is where all of the system announcements go. When special announcements are added to the game, they will appear here.
Transactions: This section (located under the headlines section) often requires a good deal of scrolling to view. It contains all of the lesser league transaction information. Things such as player releases and minor league promotions and demotions will be announced here.
Team Events: The team events section of Headlines lists team specific news. You are the only team that can see the news listed here. This is kind of a "for your eyes only" part of headlines. Things such as free agent contract rejections, manager rejections and trainer rejections will be displayed here. It is important to note that these notifications will only appear of the player, manager or trainer in question does not sign with another team. If he does, only that news story will be listed (in the Headlines section).
