Selecting a Team: When an owner first enters the scouting screen, they see a list of teams. The list happens to be the current standings. Several details about the team are presented here. To see the clubhouse view of a team, click on the team name.
Viewing a Team: When an owner scouts another team the view is basically the same as the clubhouse view of their team, with a couple of differences. First, players who are on the disabled list are not displayed on a different page. When scouting, these players are highlighted in red. Second, if the team that is doing the scouting is not a subscribed team, only the statistical view will be available. The vitals view will be unavailable. Owners may click on any of the players to view more detailed information about them (see View Player screen). Some basic information is also included at the top of the page including record, fame rank, ticket price and the stadium size for that team.
Subscribed Teams: When you are selecting a team, you can always tell what teams are subscribed because they are noted in italics. If your team is subscribed, when you go to scout others, you will have the vitals view (similar to the clubhouse) available.
View Starting Rotation: It is often handy when planning ahead to see what pitchers are schedule to start. There is a button in the lower left of the scouting screen for this purpose. The "Starting Rotation" button will open a popup window which will show you the team's current pitching rotation, including which starter is scheduled to start next (labeled "Next Starter").
